1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DooCloud ("the Service"), operated at doocloud.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

DooCloud is a cloud-based API deployment platform that enables developers and startups to build, deploy, and manage production REST APIs using Doolang, a schema-first compiled programming language. The Service includes features such as schema-to-API generation, one-click deployment, built-in authentication, CORS handling, rate limiting, and infrastructure management.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
  • Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities not related to API hosting.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The DooCloud platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DooCloud and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Doolang, the programming language, is open-source and licensed under its respective open-source license.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any code, schemas, and data you create or upload to DooCloud. By using our Service, you grant us permission to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Pricing & Payments

DooCloud offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DooCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of account termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
